I've collected opal since 1956, bought opal direct from Adelaide Australia in the mid 60's.(got some real nice opal)started cutting and designing jewelry around opal in the 60's. I started selling on eBay in 2001 and sometime later, about 2004 sold opal only. Using proceeds to augment my retirement. Currently an Opal Power Seller on eBay and looking for an arena closer related to Australian Opal and it's history.
